These terms outline the scope and limitations of your inspection. The inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of accessible components and is performed according to the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Standards of Practice.

The inspection does not predict future conditions, guarantee remaining life expectancy of systems, or identify concealed defects. You are encouraged to read the full inspection report carefully and ask questions about any items that need clarification.

By scheduling an inspection, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, limitations, and responsibilities outlined in the written inspection agreement.
