I started Phantom Inspections because I believe every buyer, seller, and property owner deserves a clear, honest picture of what they're working with. After serving in the United States Air Force, I brought that same commitment to precision, accountability, and doing the job right into every inspection I perform.
I'm not here to scare anyone or talk anyone out of a deal. I'm here to document what I find — clearly, accurately, and without opinion — so the people I work with can make informed decisions.
