Abilene, TX Home & Commercial Inspector.
Phantom-Level Deep Inspections.

Extremely respectful and knowledgeable. Helped with any questions we had and gave it to us straight forward. Wouldn't want anyone else to help us through our home buying process.

Quick response, detailed photo documentaion and observations listed on presentable report proved with hours. Would definitely recommend Phantom Inspections

Will was excellent to work with! As a REALTOR® from outside the Abilene area, I truly appreciated his professionalism, great communication, and thorough inspection report. I would definitely recommend Will to anyone needing a home inspection!

I was very pleased with the job Will performed on the inspection. He was very thorough and did a great job even with the smallest details.

I have used Phantom Inspections for 2 different house inspections. He did a great job both times. He helped us avoid a disaster on the first house by his findings and then helped us with the second house as well. He's thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a house inspection done.

Have used them twice, can not recommend them highly enough. Extremely thorough, timely, and friendly.

Will at Phantom Inspections was extremely courteous and careful. He found everything and gave us confidence with our purchase. Thank you Will!

Will was great friendly, explained things and easy to work with even though he is an Atlanta Brave fan.

Will is very professional and thorough in his inspections. He had my report within a couple hours of the completion of his inspection and it was extremely easy to comprehend. He made it simple to assemble a punch list of items we wanted repaired to send to the builder before closing on our new build. Highly recommend getting an inspector before closing, especially if you're buying a new build. It's worth every dollar. Will was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great home inspector.

Will was awesome! Very personable and very friendly! He made things very plain for someone who has no idea what is going on. He gave me some great advice and made me feel confident about the decision I would need to make. I called him last minute and he treated me with the same courtesy and respect. I would definitely choose him again. Thanks for all your help Will!

Will has been awesome! We were referred to him by a friend and were not disappointed. He was very thorough and took his time to get the job done right. We will definitely be using him for any future home inspection needs.

Phantom Inspections is nothing but professional, efficient, reliable and has an eye for details.

Will is amazing at his job and did an outstanding inspection, finding things 2 other inspectors and a contractor missed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Phantom Inspections will definitely be a call we make when we buy our next house.

We were pleased with Phantom Inspections. Will was on time and polite. He was very thorough. Received a detailed report later the same day. We would definitely recommend his services.

Will was the most attentive inspector I have ever had. Every inch of the house was covered and deficiencies documented with pictures. When I asked how things were going, he got on a video call and walked me through my soon to be new house. It would not be better if my own brother had done it.

My go-to inspector! I love the level of detail, thoroughness and service in the whole process. You are never left wondering about what is going on, as all the detail is made clear for you to digest!

Will at Phantom Inspections did a very thorough job, was very knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him highly!

My husband and I were very pleased with our home inspection from Phantom Inspections. Will was very prompt and very informative about all his recommendations, and listens to your questions or concerns. Thanks again Will for a job well done!
